[轉]七彩仙人掌炒蛋

炒仙人掌是墨西哥傳統食法,將爽口的仙人掌配蛋,香氣十足。

[size=20pt][b]材料[/size][/b]
仙人掌嫩片 120克、洋葱半個、紅椒/青椒/黃椒各 30克、雞蛋(拂勻) 3隻、鹽/胡椒碎各適量、生油 2茶匙


[size=20pt][b]做法[/size][/b]
1.仙人掌去皮後切成粗絲;洋葱、紅椒、青椒、黃椒分別切絲,備用。

2.雞蛋加鹽、胡椒粉拌勻備用。

3.開中火,燒熱平底鑊下油,放入洋葱絲炒至軟身,加仙人掌及三色椒絲後,轉大火炒勻,下雞蛋液煎至半凝固即可。
