作法
1 將一片諾鈣C發泡錠泡冷開水後放入冰格中冷凍

2 銀耳泡軟後用果汁機加水打成泥

3 與洗淨的糯米放一起

5 兩樣東西疊在一起放電鍋用一杯水蒸熟(順便蒸馬鈴薯)
