培根蘋果醬起司三明治

蘋果醬
蘋果1顆
檸檬汁1顆
細砂糖50g
奶油20g
蘭姆酒2大匙
玉米粉1大匙
水3大匙
作法
1 鋼盆中均勻混和檸檬汁與糖,加入去皮的蘋果薄片拌勻

2 熱鍋融化奶油,加入步驟一(包括檸檬糖水)煎至蘋果呈現金褐色
